Come and experience Music House for yourself! An introductory session for music teachers, interested in learning more about this one-of-a-kind approach to music lessons will be held Saturday, July 19th at 3 p.m. on Manhattan's Upper East Side. This 2-3 hour session will include an overview of the Music House philosophy, a documentary of Music House in action and hands-on opportunities to see how it works. Beginning Music for Parents of Toddlers
Six week course - $100
Whatever you thought music education was all about, think again!Creating your own Music House is fun and easier than you ever imagined, and it will strengthen the bond between you and your child. This six week session will take you through the steps of becoming an empowered musical care provider.

You will:

• Learn to understand the value of informal musical exposure

• Develop comfort with instrumental exploration, listening activities and ideas for providing musical exposurethat you will want to do with your child

• Discover how to use the piano as a teaching tool

• Get ideas for acquiring musical equipment
